Privacy
Spotter’s public site collects one thing: what you type into the contact form. This explains what happens to it, in plain terms.
What I collect
Only what you send me through the contact form — your name, your email address, and your message. Nothing else, and only when you choose to submit it.
There are no advertising or tracking cookies on this site, and no third-party analytics or advertising scripts.
Why I collect it
To read your message and reply to it. That’s the whole purpose. I don’t use it for marketing lists, I don’t profile it, and I don’t sell or share it with anyone for their own purposes.
Where it goes
The form emails your submission to me and stores it in my inbox. It is not saved into Spotter’s database.
Two service providers are involved in getting it there, and only for that:
- Resend — delivers the email.
- Vercel — hosts the site. If a delivery fails, my server log records your name and email so I can still reach you. The message body is never written to a log.
How long I keep it
Your message stays in my inbox for as long as the conversation is useful. Ask me to delete it and I will.
Your rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) you can ask to see the personal information I hold about you, correct it, have it erased, or object to my using it. Email me and I’ll do it — there is no process to go through.
